If you experience technical difficulties with any of the ExcellaDerm systems, most times your local representative can provide you technical assistance over the telephone.

Our technical staff will assist you or determine if the machine needs in-house repair.
 
If the system is to be returned, see the instructions on equipment return packaging.
 
The machine must be shipped overnight via Federal Express Priority Service for the next morning delivery to the:

You MUST have a technician's approval and a return authorization number prior to returning the machine. We will not accept delivery without prior authorization.

 
We will make repairs to your machine and return it to you via Federal Express AM delivery the following work day.
 
Should we not be able to repair your machine right away,a loaner machine will be sent to you until your machine can be returned to you.
 
Warranty Information
Once you have purchased your ExcellaDerm System, immediately fill out the Warranty Registration Card that is included in the Operator's Manual.
This must be filled out and returned within 5 days following the date of purchase.The limited warranty on ExcellaDerm's B2000 and M2000 systems is 7 years, parts and labor.
The B280 system carries a 1 year, parts and labor warranty.
